Bay Area Regional Medical Center WARN Act Class Action Lawsuit Investigation
Investigating a class action lawsuit on behalf of employees of Bay Area Regional Medical Center for violations of the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act (WARN Act).   Bay Area Regional Medical Center, located in Webster, Texas is a 191 bed hospital that recently laid off approximately 900 employees.  The federal WARN act requires employers contemplating mass layoffs, like Bay Area Regional Medical Center, to give its employees at least 60 days’ notice or pay its employees backpay for the 60 days.
