Anthem Data Breach Class Action

Investigating a class action against Anthem Inc. on behalf of individuals whose information was contained in a database that was recently hacked.  Anthem, based in Indianapolis and formerly known as WellPoint, is the second-largest health insurer in the country covering around 37.5 million people.   It has been reported that hackers recently broke into Anthem's database which contained personal information for its customers and employees.
