University Hospitals Ahuja Medical Center Frozen Embryos Class Action Lawsuit

Investigating a potential class action lawsuit against Ahuja Medical Center, Cleveland, Ohio for mishandling frozen embryos and eggs.  Sometime between Saturday, March 3 and Sunday, March 4, 2018, the temperature in the storage tank containing the affected embryos and eggs unexpectedly rose.  It is unclear what caused the temperature to rise, and it is also unclear how many of the 2,000 frozen embryos and eggs were compromised as a result of it.  It is known that some of the frozen embryos and eggs have been stored there since the 1980s.  If you or a loved one stored frozen embryos or eggs at Ahuja Medical Center, please submit your information so an attorney can contact you for a free consultation.
