York Defective Evaporator Coil Class Action

Investigating a class action on behalf of property owners who purchased air conditioners, air handlers and heat pumps manufactured by Johnson Controls Inc., and/or York International Corporation.  Johnson manufactures HVAC units under the following brand names:  York, Luxaire, Fraser-Johnson and Coleman.  It is alleged that these HVAC systems suffered damages related to leakage of refrigerant from defective evaporator and/or condenser coil.  If you own a property with York, Luxaire, Fraser-Johnson or Coleman HVAC system that has suffered from leakage, please contact us.
