Wells Fargo Targeting Mortgagor-Debtors Class Action Lawsuit Investigation
Investigating a class action lawsuit on behalf of individuals who took out a mortgage with Wells Fargo and later filed for bankruptcy. It is alleged that Wells Fargo would offer these debtors lower monthly payments, but fail to disclose that accepting these terms would actually significantly increase the length of the mortgage. It is further alleged that these offers seemed to indicate that if the individuals did not accept the proposed terms, they risked losing their home, a scenario that would not occur. If you have a Wells Fargo mortgage and are in bankruptcy, and received this type of offer, please contact us.
