TransCare Employee Termination WARN Act Class Action

Investigating a class action lawsuit on behalf of former TransCare employees who were terminated on or about February 25, 2016.  TransCare is headquartered Brooklyn, New York.  It is a medical transportation company that provides a variety of services including transportation for the disabled and ambulance services.  It is alleged that TransCare violated a federal law called the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act (the “WARN Act”) by terminating their employment without first providing 60 days advanced warning.  If you are a former employee of TransCare who was terminated on or about February 25, 2016 without 60 days notice, please contact us.
