Swedish Medical Center Infected Needles Class Action Investigation
 

​Investigating a lawsuit on behalf of individuals who had surgery at the Swedish Medical Center, located in Englewood Colorado, between August 17, 2015, and January 22, 2016.  A former surgical technician was recently indicted by a federal grand jury for stealing pain medication.  It is alleged that this former employee of the Swedish Medical Center removed a syringe containing the narcotic drug Fentanyl Citrate from a workspace and replaced it with a similar syringe at the beginning of a surgery.  The Swedish medical Center has informed 2,900 people that they should be tested for HIV and Hepatitis B and C, which can be transmitted by contaminated needles.  If you or a loved one had surgery at the Swedish Medical Center between August 17, 2015 and January 22, 2016, please contact us for a free consultation
