Surface Pro 3 Premature Battery Failure Class Action Investigation

Investigating a class action lawsuit on behalf of individuals who purchased a Surface Pro 3 laptop.  It is alleged that the SIMPLO batteries in some Surface Pro 3 laptops do not hold a charge.  It is alleged that the batteries progressively degrade and eventually become unusable.  Microsoft has been denying claims where a battery dies just after the warranty period expires and charging customers approximately $500 to fix the laptop.  If you purchased a Surface Pro 3 laptop with a SIMPLO battery and have experienced premature battery failure, please contact us.  This will help determine what battery you have.
