Stericycle Price Increase Lawsuit

Investigating a class action against Stericycle for overcharging its customers. Stericycle is one of the largest medical waste disposal companies in the country.  It is alleged that since 2003, Stericycle implemented a plan, in violation of its contractual terms, to charge automated price increases (APIs) without giving any notice to its customers.
