SEPTA Norristown High Speed Line Crash Personal Injury Lawsuit Investigation
Investigating a potential personal injury lawsuit against SEPTA for the Norristown High Speed Line crash early Tuesday morning (August 22, 2017). It is alleged that over 40 people were injured when the SEPTA train crashed into an unoccupied train at 69th Street Transportation Center. It is further alleged that the crash was due to the train’s faulty brakes as opposed to error by the train’s operator.
