Samsung Galaxy S7 Water Damage Class Action Investigation

Investigating a class action lawsuit against Samsung on behalf of individuals who purchased a new Galaxy S7, Galaxy S7 Edge or Galaxy S7 Active cell phone. Samsung aggressively markets its Galaxy S7 cell phones as water resistant.   It is alleged that the Galaxy S7 cell phones are not water resistant even when dropped into a small amount of water for a short period of time.  It is further alleged that Samsung will not cover a water damaged phone under warranty.  If you own a Galaxy S7, Galaxy S7 Edge or Galaxy S7 Active cell phone that sustained water damage, please contact us.
