Prevagen False Advertising Class Action Investigation

Investigating a class action lawsuit on behalf of consumers of Prevagen.  Prevagen was marketed as a memory enhancing drug. Its manufacturer advertised that the supplement would improve memory and cognitive function within 90 days of using the drug. Prevagen’s distributor went to length to promote the cognitive benefits of the supplement by relying on an independent clinical trial. However, the clinical trial, called the “Madison Memory Study,” proves Prevagen does not improve memory nor does it improve cognitive capabilities, yet Prevagen’s seller falsely advertised to customers that it did. If you purchased Prevagen, please contact us.
