PNC Fake Accounts Class Action Investigation

Investigating a class action lawsuit against PNC on behalf of individuals who had unauthorized bank accounts and credit cards opened by the bank.  Recently, federal regulators said that since 2011 thousands of Wells Fargo employees secretly created millions of unauthorized bank and credit card accounts without their customers' consent.  Wells Fargo paid $185 million in civil penalties for this illegal conduct.  Wells Fargo created an incentive-compensation program that caused employees to pursue fraudulent sales practices which were not properly monitored by Wells Fargo.  Numerous other bank employees have complained of intense sales pressure to cross sell accounts to bank customers.  If you had a bank or credit card account created at PNC without your consent, please contact us.
