 Planet Hollywood, Buca di Beppo, and Mixology Data Breach

Class Action Lawsuit Investigation
Investigating a potential class action lawsuit against Earl Enterprises, the parent company of Planet Hollywood, Buca di Beppo, and Mixology restaurants for an alleged data breach that may impact over 2 million customer credit and debit card holders.  It has been reported that the breach occurred during a 10 month period between May 23, 2018 and March 18, 2019.  In addition to debit and credit card numbers, hacked information reportedly includes card expiration dates and some cardholder names.  If you were a customer at any of the aforementioned restaurant chains during the 10 month period of the data breach and believe your information has been stolen/compromised, please submit your information below.
