A class action lawsuit is pending against Nyko, the manufacturer of a portable docking station for the Nintendo Switch, for manufacturing issues/product flaws related to its product.  It is alleged that the Nyko docking system may cause damage to your Nintendo Switch. When the Switch is plugged into the Nyko dock and woken from sleep, Nyko's dock cannot properly tell the TV that the Switch is ready for TV mode.  Finally, the Switch's lower backside vents are slightly blocked by a plastic flap from the Nyko product which creates a potential overheating situation.  If you purchased a Nyko docking station that has damaged your Nintendo Switch, please submit your information below.
