Memorial Hospital of Converse County Administers Medicine Tampering Class Action Lawsuit Investigation
Investigating a potential class action lawsuit against Memorial Hospital of Converse County, in Wyoming, on behalf of patients receiving the opioid painkiller hydromorphone. It is alleged that these patients received weakened dosages of the painkiller because one of the hospitals nurses syphoned off and stole part of the drug for his personal use, and replaced it with saline solution. It is further alleged that patients have an increased risk for HIV and hepatitis C because of this unlawful syphoning. If you or a loved one were a Memorial Hospital of Converse County patient between September 13, 2016 and June 2, 2017, and received hydromorphone, please contact us.
