Marriott Employees' Federal Credit Union

Excessive Fees Class Action Lawsuit
Investigating a potential class action lawsuit against the Marriott Employees' Federal Credit Union for its fee structure which discriminates against the lower income worker.  Minimum balance fees, excess transaction fees, automatic money transfer fees, and overdraft fees are creating financial hardship for Marriott workers who earn low pay which keeps their account balances low.  The Marriott Employees' Federal Credit Union has 32,000 members, many of which are dishwashers, cooks, and housekeepers who may be classified as full time but are working as little as one to three days per week on an hourly basis which does not make ends meet and makes them susceptible to the Marriott Employees' Federal Credit Union excessive fees.  If you are a member of the Marriott Employees' Federal Credit Union and has experienced excessive fees, please submit your information below.
