MacBook Pro Battery Life Class Action Investigation

Investigating a class action on behalf of consumers who purchased the most recent generation of Apple MacBook Pro laptop computers, which launched in Fall 2016. A consumer watchdog organization recently employed a controlled test on the MacBook Pro and determined its average battery life wildly fluctuates.  For example, the 13-inch MacBook Pro with touch bar technology ran without a charge for 16 hours, 13.5 hours, then only 3 hours in three separate trials. Both the 13-inch and 15-inch models with and without touch bar technology were also found to have inconsistent battery life after a full charge. Apple advertises the laptops as having at least an average of 10 hours of battery life per charge. If you purchased the most recent generation of MacBook Pro, please contact us.
