Luminox Watches Class Action

Is your watch fogging up?
Investigating a potential class action lawsuit against Luminox for a defect in its watches, manufactured from 2008 through the present, that cause them to fog up in temperatures around or below 40 degrees Fahrenheit.  Luminox watches are marketed as the preferred watch of U.S.Navy SEALs, F-117 Nighthawk stealth jet pilots, other elite forces and professional divers; fogging would be unacceptable to these customers who work in a variety of climates and temperatures.  However, Luminox customer service indicates the fogging issue is normal.  If you own a Luminox watch purchased from 2008 to the present and you experience the fogging issue, please submit your information below.
