LG V20 Cracked Glass Class Action Investigation

Investigating a potential class action on behalf of consumers of the LG V20 smartphone. Soon after the release of the phone, consumers began reporting that the glass covering the camera on the rear of the device had cracked, sometimes as soon as five hours after purchase. Other users reported cracks to the glass despite never dropping the phone, while some consumers found the glass cracked when they opened the box. Marketed as passing over “60,000 stress tests,” reports indicate the glass cracks quite easily, possibly from radiation created by the LED light underneath the glass. If you purchased an LG V20 smartphone and the glass covering the camera cracked, please contact us.
