Lantus and Levemir Insulin Price Increase Class Action Investigation
Investigating a class action lawsuit against the three manufacturers of insulin based on reports of price collusion. Between 2003-2013 the price of insulin has tripled to more than $700 per patient. A recent report by the firm SSR Health found that prices increased between 99 and 120 percent from 2012-2016 alone. SSR Health also identified a similar, and at some points identical, pattern of price increases of Lantus and Levemir, two brands of insulin. If your monthly payments for insulin have continually risen in recent years, please contact us. |
