Honda Electric Power Steering Class Action

Investigating a class action against Honda related to 2013 Accord. It is alleged that 2013 Honda Accords may have a defect that causes the electric power steering (EPS) to fail while driving.  The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) recently opened an investigation.  NHTSA identified 24 complaints alleging loss of power steering and/or sudden increase in steering effort in model year (MY) 2013 Honda Accord vehicles.  Four of those complaints allege that the failures resulted in crashes, which all occurred at speeds less than 30 mph.   If you or someone you know owns or leases a 2013 Honda Accord and has experienced problems with their power steering, please contact us.
