A class action lawsuit is pending against Activision because of alleged false advertising relating to Guitar Hero. Customers purchased the game because of the marketing claims of the game's 24/7 access that is constantly updated. However, Activision revealed in early June 2018 that it is shutting down the game on December 1, 2018. This means that as of December 1, 92% of the songs in the game will be unplayable. With only a small segment of the songs available, the gaming experience will be severely affected. If you purchased Guitar Hero TV in the months prior to Activision's June 2018 announcement based on the company's marketing claims of 24/7, constantly updated access, please submit your information below.
