General Motors Pickup Tow Rating Class Action

Investigating a class action on behalf of individuals who purchased or leased a 2014 model year GMC Sierra and/or a Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Series pickup before September 30, 2014.  It is alleged that the maximum trailer weight ratings on 2014 GMC Sierra and Chevrolet Silverado pickups powered by 5.3-litre V8s dropped by 2,000 lbs between the beginning and end of the model year, due to a “miscalculation."  If you purchased or leased a 2014 model year GMC Sierra and/or a Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Series pickup before September 30, 2014, please contact us.
