Glassdoor Email Breach Class Action Lawsuit Investigation

Investigating a class action lawsuit on behalf of Glassdoor users. Glassdoor allows its users to anonymously post reviews of their previous employers on its website. Recently, Glassdoor emailed its users a new terms of service agreement. Instead of blind copying (BCC) its anonymous users, it carbon copied (CC) them, displaying the names of users to everyone who received the email. Glassdoor relies on anonymity to allow its users to give candid, honest reviews in order to educate future employees about a company. The new terms of service agreement contained an arbitration clause, however, users can opt out of it by mailing their notice to Glassdoor by September 12, 2016. If you have post an anonymous review on Glassdoor and recently received an email revealing the identity of other users, please contact us.
