E-Cigarettes False Advertising Class Action Investigation
Investigating a false advertising class action on behalf of individuals who purchased e-cigarettes. E-cigarettes are battery-powered devices that are marketed as safer, less dangerous alternatives to traditional cigarettes. The FDA, however, discovered that some products actually contain toxic chemicals like formaldehyde. It is alleged that e-cigarette manufacturers falsely claim its vaporizers could help users quit smoking or lead to “healthy smoking.” The e-cigarette manufacturers continue to make these claims despite the existence of adverse medical studies. If you purchased e-cigarettes, please contact us. |
