CenturyLink Billing Class Action Investigation

Investigating a class action lawsuit on behalf of consumers who were incorrectly billed for internet services by CenturyLink. Consumers have consistently complained that CenturyLink inconsistently bills for services and regularly overcharges customers. Complaints also indicate that overbilling results from an unresponsive customer service department that fails to address issues even when consumers directly talk to service representatives. Some consumers have been overcharged by $20-30 per month by CenturyLink or have never been charged the price they agreed to when first contracting with CenturyLink.
