Century AK-47 Class Action Investigation

Investigating a class action lawsuit on behalf of individuals who purchased a Century AK-47 rifle manufactured after 1995 with a safety selector device.  It is alleged that the safety selector is defective and will not prevent an accidental discharge.  The Century AK-47 models 1960, 1980, and M70 are all chambered in 7.62x39mm. It is alleged that the defect can occur when the safety selector advances beyond the safe position, which may result in an accidental discharge.  If you own a Century AK-47 rifle including models 1960, 1980 and M70, please contact us.
