Cascade Model R Lacrosse Helmet Concussion Lawsuit

Investigating lawsuits on behalf of individuals who sustained a concussion while wearing a Cascade Model R lacrosse helmet.  The National Operating Committee on Standards for Athletic Equipment (NOCSAE) recently voided certification of the Cascade Model R lacrosse helmet.   NOCSAE's executive director said “This is a failure of [Cascade] to do appropriate quality control, and there are some areas where they failed substantially."  While NOCSAE recently approved a "fix" to the Model R, over 100,000 helmets were in use that should have never been certified.  If you or someone you know sustained a concussion while wearing a Cascade Model R lacrosse helmet please contact us.
