Brightwood College Employee WARN Act

Join the Class Action Lawsuit
Investigating a potential class action lawsuit against Brightwood College (a for-profit college in California) for allegedly laying off over 75 workers at its three San Diego County campuses without providing proper notice in accordance with the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification (WARN) Act.  The WARN Act stipulates that employers give employees at least 60 days notice prior to termination.  It has been reported that Brightwood College abruptly closed on December 5, 2018.
