Bank of America Home Inspection Fees

Join the Class Action Lawsuit
Investigating a potential class action lawsuit against Bank of America for conducting unauthorized and unnecessary property inspections and charging the homeowners for them.  United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) regulations state that the lender is authorized to do inspections on foreclosed or vacant defaulted properties.  Bank of America, in specific instances, was conducting inspections while the homeowner was living in and present in the house and sending a bill for the inspection fees.  If you are have a mortgage with Bank of America and have been subjected to home inspections while living in the house and in good standing with the loan, please submit your information below.
