Bank of America Extended Overdrawn Balance Charge Class Action

Investigating a potential class action lawsuit on behalf Bank of America account holders who have incurred Extended Overdrawn Balance Charges.  It is alleged that Bank of America routinely charges an Extended Overdrawn Balance Charge to account holders who fail to pay the full amount of an overdraft fee within five days.  Therefore, after being charged $35 for the initial overdraft fee the account holders is charged an additional $35 when Bank of America determines that the account has been overdrawn for five days.  If you are a Bank of America account holder and have incurred an Extended Overdrawn Balance Charge, please contact us.
