Babyganics Sunscreen Class Action Lawsuit Investigation
Investigating a potential class action lawsuit on behalf of individuals who purchased  BabyGanics sunscreen lotion and spray. It is alleged that the company misled consumers with false SPF numbers. It is alleged that Babyganics labeled their mineral-based sunscreen lotion and spray with sun protection factors (SPF) of 50-plus when in fact the SPF factors were no higher than 30.  S. C. Johnson sells a line of “Babyganics” products they market as safe, accessible, and effective.  If you purchased BabyGanics sunscreen lotion or spray, please contact us.
