Toyota Defective Airbags Class Action

Investigating a class action against Toyota related to defective airbags.  Airbags may prematurely deploy or fail to deploy in the case of an accident.  The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has urged owners of an estimated 7.8 million Chrysler, Ford, General Motors, BMW, Honda, Mazda, Mitsubishi Motors, Nissan, Fuji Heavy's, Subaru and Toyota vehicles to replace their airbags.  The NHTSA has recalled to date the following Toyota vehicles for having faulty Takata airbags, totaling 877,000 vehicles: 2002-2005 Lexus SC; 2002-2005 Toyota Corolla; 2003-2005 Toyota Corolla Matrix; 2002-2005 Toyota Sequoia; and 2003-2005 Toyota Tundra.  If you or someone you know owners or leases a recalled Honda vehicle, please contact us.
