Investigating a potential class action lawsuit against SafeAuto for allegedly adding unnecessary charges to customers' "minimum limits" car insurance policies that are worthless and without their consent.  The alleged charge is called "accidental death benefits."   It is believed to be a widespread problem because It has been alleged that SafeAuto’s computer system used by all call centers and “selling locations” has been “intentionally programmed” to automatically include accidental death benefits in every quote given and policy issued.  If you are a SafeAuto policyholder and have experienced these charges, please submit your information below.
