OMNIFILTER SYSTEMS WATER FILTER DEFECT

Investigating a lawsuit on behalf on individuals who own an Omnifilter Systems Water Filter that prematurely failed.  Omnifilter Systems filters are manufactured by Pentair.  It is alleged that the plastic components in these water filters do not contain enough talc particles. Talc, when evenly dispersed in a high-enough quantity, provides strength to plastics and prevents them from “creeping” or giving way under pressure. The talc distribution in Omnifilter water filters may not meet industry standards which can cause the system to weaken and crack under water pressure. This can lead to leaks, property damage and system flooding.  If you or someone you know has purchased an Omnifilter Systems Water Filter, please contact us.
