Ocracoke and Hatteras Islands Power Outage Class Action Lawsuit Investigation

Investigating a class action lawsuit on behalf of businesses and tourists who suffered a financial loss as the result of the July 27, 2017 power outage on Ocracoke and Hatteras islands in North Carolina. The widespread power outage that could take days or weeks to repair was the result of an underground transmission line damaged by construction crews working on a new bridge. It has been reported that a construction company drove a steel casing into an underground transmission line, causing blackouts on Ocracoke and Hatteras islands.  If you own a business or are a tourist who suffered a financial loss as the result of this power outage, please contact us.
