Lumber Liquidators Laminate Flooring Class Action

Investigating a class action against Lumber Liquidators.  It is alleged that Lumber Liquidators sold laminate flooring that emits formaldehyde gas at levels that exceed safety levels set by the California Air Resources Board ("CARB"). This issue was reported on "60 Minutes."  It is alleged that tests have shown that some of the Lumber Liquidators laminate products produced in China can emit formaldehyde gas at up to three times the CARB limit.   If you purchased laminate products from Lumber Liquidators, please contact us.
