JOHNSON & JOHNSON BABY POWDER OVARIAN CANCER INVESTIGATION
Investigating a lawsuit against Johnson & Johnson for its "Shower to Shower" Baby Powder, which may be linked to ovarian cancer. Research conducted, which reviewed and combined results of nearly a dozen previous studies, has concluded that women who use talcum powder in the genital area on a weekly basis have a 33% increased risk of developing ovarian cancer. In February 2016, a jury ordered Johnson & Johnson to pay $72 million to the family of a woman who died of ovarian cancer caused by her use of the company’s products containing talcum powder. If you or someone you know has been diagnosed with ovarian cancer after using talc-based products, like baby powder or Johnson & Johnson’s “Shower to Shower,” please contact us for a free consultation.
