Hyundai and Kia Engine Fires

Join Class Action
Investigating a potential class action lawsuit against Hyundai and Kia for engineering defects that lead to engine fires in the 2011-2014 Hyundai Santa Fe, Hyundai Sonata, Kia Sorento, and Kia Optima. While any modern vehicle can catch fire from electrical current constantly flowing through the wiring and computerized systems, the number of Hyundai and Kia engine fires far outweigh competitor vehicles.  In addition, several of the Hyundai and Kia engine fires have occurred when the keys are not in the ignition, the vehicle is turned off and parked.  If you or a loved one owns one of the aforementioned Hyundai or Kia vehicles whose engine has caught on fire for no apparent reason, please submit your information below.
