Flushable Wet Wipes Class Action Lawsuit Investigation 
Investigating a potential class action lawsuit against various manufacturers/brands of wet wipes falsely marketed as flushable and safe for sewage systems.  It is alleged that these wipes are causing tremendous damage and costly repairs to sewage systems across the country.  The brands include but are not limited to Cottonelle, Scott, Bounty, Charmin, and Pampers.  It also includes but is not limited to private labels for specific retailers such as Costco, CVS, Target, and WalMart.  If you have used these wipes at your residence and consequently experienced damage to your sewage system, please contact us.
