Fitbit Charge and Flex Band Deterioration Class Action Investigation

Investigating a potential class action lawsuit on behalf of individuals who purchased a Fitbit Charge or a Fitbit Flex. It has been alleged that the bands on the Charge and Flex suffer from a manufacturing defect that causes them to blister, peel, deteriorate, and eventually fall apart. In addition, the band itself is non-removable and thus any individual with a defective band is required to purchase an entire replacement Charge or Flex instead of a replacement band.  If you purchased a Fitbit Charge or Flex and experienced band deterioration, please contact us.
