Fiat Chrysler and United Auto Workers Fraud Class Action Lawsuit Investigation
Investigating a potential class action lawsuit against Fiat Chrysler and the United Auto Workers (UAW) based on allegations that Fiat Chrysler paid off UAW during union contract negotiations.  As a result, employees' union dues paid to UAW for good faith negotiations did not serve the intended purpose since Fiat Chrysler was essentially bribing the UAW to gain their desired results.  Current and former employees from 2009 to 2015 are affected; if you are/were employed by Fiat Chrysler during this time and a member of UAW, please contact us.
