Investigating a potential class action lawsuit against Ent Credit Union of Colorado for charging excessive overdraft fees.  It is alleged that Ent's method of processing debit card transactions (and checks or other debit transactions that occur around the same time as debit card transactions) enables Ent to charge unnecessary overdraft fees.  One customer was charged a $25 overdraft fee three separate times for a single electronic payment of her cable bill.  As a result, it is alleged that Ent is charging overdraft fees for transactions that should not be overdrafts.  If you were charged excessive and unnecessary overdraft fees, please submit your information below.
