The Justice Department is examining the early decision program of the following universities: Wesleyan University, Middlebury College, Pomona College, Amherst College, Wellesley College, Williams College and Grinnell College. Early decision applicants are subject to a binding agreement that if they are accepted, they are committed to attending the school and must withdraw their applications to other schools. Failure to do so could result in the early decision offer being rescinded. At issue is the sharing of information among the universities of students names and home states accepted under the early decision program to confirm that the student did not violate the early decision agreement by applying and pursuing acceptance at other institutions. If you or a loved one feels their information has been inappropriately shared under the university early decision process, please submit your information below.
