Cisco Network Device Product Defect
Investigating potential class action on behalf of purchasers of a Cisco Network Device that may contain a defective memory chip. Cisco admitted that it expects to spend $655 million to address a problem with these defective memory chips that were installed in many of their network devices. The memory chips purchased between 2005 to 2010 allegedly contain a defect that can may Cisco’s network devices to stop working. This may cause the network failure to work properly.
