Arkema Chemical Plant Class Action Lawsuit Investigation
Investigating a potential class action lawsuit against Arkema, the chemical plant that caught fire during Hurricane Harvey in Houston, Texas.  First responders and police officers allege that a series of explosions triggered by the fire on August 31, 2017 spread dangerous fumes throughout a 1 1/2 mile perimeter of the plant.  People exposed to the area were incapacitated and unable to perform their duties.  If you were a first responder or live within the 1 1/2 mile area of the Arkema plant and suffered symptoms as a result of the fire and subsequent explosions, please contact us.
